FIER project partners from Germany (vhs Baden-Württemberg, Baden-Württemberg’s Ministry for Culture, Education and Sports), and Austria (Land Salzburg) took part at the Euroguidance Conference 2019 “Opening Opportunities – Career guidance approaches through a social justice lens.” The event was held in Vienna on 7 November 2019, and it gathered guidance experts from all over Europe, with a focus on Vocational Education & Training (VET) and labour market access.

In the context of the event, FIER had a dedicated workshop that was introduced by Ms. Yvonne Kirchmauer (Land Salzburg) and Mr. Rolf Ackermann (Baden-Württemberg). Self-reflection and self-learning methods were presented by them and the FIER project objectives were outlined.
